  • Are all the clothing on the VIED website 100% eco friendly?
    • Yes, as far as is reasonably practicable all the fabrics used are 100%  organic, the buttons used in the summer collection were coconut on a number of items.
    • If I cannot find an eco friendly material for a design I will always make this clear in the product description.
    • When I make a one-off creation this will invariably be made from material that is being reused (an item that I found in an op shop (or charity or thrift shop, depending which country you are from) or from fabric remnants – end of rolls, which again will be made clear in the product description
  • Postage & Handling
    • Within Australia postage is free, outside Australia the items will be sent via Australia Post and the price will be charged to the buyer.
  • Exchange & Returns
    • Exchanges
      • Refunds will be granted as a result of gross misinterpretation or in the rare case a major fault is overlooked. Vintage Inspired Ethical Designs reserves the right to deny refunds for reasons such as “change of mind” or “wrong fit” and it is your sole responsibility to check our descriptions and measurements accurately prior to checkout as all sales are final. Please e-mail me if you need any additional measurements when looking at an item on the web site.Worn Merchandise cannot be refunded unless there is a manufacturing fault. We also offer repairs for minor faults that can be easily repaired.
        If you receive an order that meets our refund criteria please send us an email at [email protected] within 10 days of receiving your item, whereby we will respond as quickly and accordingly.
        All items should be in original condition, unworn, and unwashed. When trying on garments please avoid wearing perfume, deodorant or make up which may soil the garment. Worn merchandise cannot be refunded unless there is a manufacturing fault.

      • We know shopping online can be hard sometimes and want you to have the best possible experience with us. If you have found the item you recently purchased is not right for you and you wish to return it we can offer you an exchange or credit note.Please note that exchanges and credit notes will only be provided for items that are unworn, unwashed, and with original tags still attached. When trying on garments please avoid wearing perfume, deodorant or make up which may soil the garment. We will not accept an item for exchange or credit note if it has been soiled.If you have an item that you wish to exchange with us please send me an email here at [email protected] within 10 days of receiving the item. If you already have an item in mind you wish to exchange it for please let us know in the email and we will try to place one aside for you if possible so you do not miss out. Once you send me your email we will respond as quickly and accordingly.
